Ngoma is a newer station in the Baho Coffee lineup. It is located in the famed Nyamasheke district and set in one of the most stunningly beautiful locations, directly on the shores of Lake Kivu.  780 farmers deliver to this station, but this particular coffee comes solely from producer Augustin Ndateba. After the coffee cherries are picked, sorted, and floated they are tightly packed into sealed plastic tanks where they are left to ferment, undisturbed and under shade, for 72 hours.—from Sundog Trading
