The 2020/21 harvest season is the first for Green Spring Coffee, a partnership between Ture Waji of Sookoo Coffee and Mike Mamo of Addis Exporter. These long time friends and colleagues recently purchased land amidst some of the most coveted coffee farming areas in Ethiopia, let alone, the world. At 2300 masl, they are buying cherry from small landholder s and meticulously processing lots in small and fully traceable batches. Osito coffee is deeply honored to be among the first in the world to represent these coffees, and we are incredibly grateful to be able to bring this coffee to our roastery and to you!
