Thunder & Lightning is a blend of 2 different roasts— one lighter and one darker—of the same honey processed lot from producer Edilzar Ordóñez. This is the 2nd coffee we’ve featured from Edilzar, and they just keep getting better!

Edilzar is the son of Luis Ordóñez, whom we have featured a few times before. This lot is a part of the family farm that Luis has managed in Amatenango for over 25 years with his wife Grisalia Mazariegos Riuvadeneyra.
